Cancellation policy The programme cancellation policy is as follows:
If you are registered on the course and need to cancel please notify us immediately by email
Cancellations will incur the following penalties:
Four weeks before the start of the programme: 50% of the programme fee
Less than four weeks: 100% of the programme fee
If we do not receive written notification and you do not attend, the full programme fee will be retained as a cancellation charge
You may make a substitution (ie nominate a colleague to attend instead of you), without charge, at any time not less than two weeks prior to the programme start
